Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all printed publications purchased through quickguides.info.
If digital products are sold in the future, specific terms and conditions will apply to those items separately.

2. Right of Withdrawal

According to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase
within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
It must be returned together with all accessories, promotional materials, and the original invoice.
The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing (by e-mail or contact form).

Note: Personalized or signed publications are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

3. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, clean, and complete.
• They should be properly packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
• For book sets or bundled products, partial returns are not accepted; only complete sets can be returned.

4. Shipping Costs and Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for voluntary returns under the right of withdrawal.
• Cash on delivery (collect on delivery) shipments are not accepted.
• The sender is responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

6. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be issued using the original payment method
within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
